• IIM: Problem: When using the IMail user database for authenticating Instant Massager users, AND IMail is using Active Directory for user authentication, users may not be able to log in to IIM if IIM and IMail are located on a remote server (off the Domain Controller) and "Show External Authentication Database Users in Public Contact List" is enabled in IIM under the Public Contact List section of the IIM administration. Solution: Change the IIM user database from IMail to either NT Authentication or LDAP authentication. If you choose LDAP authentication you need to enter your Active Directory information.
