<P>&lt;P&gt;As a member of Wintel team ,I had made much more efforts for Michelin Project ,but I don't know why I cann't&amp;nbsp;be trusted by my manager, Anyway, I am appreciated for he give me&amp;nbsp;some advices&amp;nbsp;to guide me for career development,&amp;nbsp; So sometime ,I am thinking and recognize myself ,maybe because I don't make a good communication with him ,or I just try do something by myself and don't take a shot to them .but I am pleased with what I had done the past year&amp;nbsp;from my point view . I will have a difficult time&amp;nbsp;in the next phase. because I will take over all work for linux on the project .&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;a co-worker &amp;nbsp;will&amp;nbsp;emigrate to CA in two months,with the&amp;nbsp;huge pressure ,I need to take&amp;nbsp;more time to&amp;nbsp;know about the&amp;nbsp;current environment as well as I will&amp;nbsp;further learn the knowledge of Linux ,Anyway ,let it be,I will try my best to&amp;nbsp;do it.&amp;nbsp;I hope I will demonstrate&amp;nbsp; a good perfermance this year, &lt;/P&gt;</P>
