I work in IBM GDC over one months, I should take some time to think about

something ,I wonder Whether I  get some significant knowledge on transition

project and what is my real  thinking. fortunately ,I am one of the first members that

do comercial outsourcing project ,I should cherish the chance and make more

efforts to play a efficient role . I attent a lot of meetings recently , but it give me the

deep impression in the meeting today. 

Regarding the relationship between the customers and IBM ,Eric talked about his

value with us. I get a shock and It suggested itself to me. usually,we face the tough

situation that maybe there aren't the enough resources or in the poor condition

and even we reckon it is "impossible", then what should we do ? we give it up or

compliant with it that is impossible .Why do you assign to me ? then in this case,

do you sure it is reasonable. my answer is " NO " we should escalate it. yes,

escalation.it means you should speak out your consideration and raise the issues

with the risk . in addtion, at the moment ,please forget your assumption and make

sure everybody that involves in the case know it.
