轉貼這裡希望能給有此需要的朋友有所幫助。
兩個域 A.com和 B.com ,均為2000 SERVER。IP地址在同一網段，兩域建立雙向信任。
兩域均有用戶TOM，須密碼相同。 其中在 B.com上安裝有exchange2000，且為TOM建立了郵箱，使用POP3和SMTP方式收發郵件無問題。
現工作站上用戶登入為 A\TOM ,使用Outlook2002 ，想使用B域中的TOM的郵箱
在“控制台”--“郵件”中“新增電子郵件帳號“， 選“Microsoft Exchange
Server”，輸入EXCHANGE服務器的電腦名稱和用戶名，按下檢查名稱 ，通過，順利完成新增。
在桌面雙擊outlook的圖標，卻提示“無法啟動Microsoft Outlook。你沒有登入許可權”

SUMMARY
In Microsoft Exchange, by default, only the mailbox owner has permission to access his or her mailbox. As an administrator and for troubleshooting purposes, there are times when you need to access a user's mailbox. However, when you log on to the mailbox, you receive the following error message:
Unable to open your default email folder. You do not have permission to log on.

To make yourself a delegate of a user's mailbox, open the Active Directory Users and Computers snap-in, and then follow these steps:
打開Active Directory使用者及電腦
1. Right-click the organization domain name, point to View, and then click Advanced Features.
右擊組織域名，指向“檢視”，選擇“進階功能”(不過我是右擊用戶所在的OU)
2. Click the Users container (or the organizational unit where the user is located).
點擊Users容器(或用戶所在OU)
3. Right-click the user account, and then select Properties.
右擊用戶帳號選擇“內容”
4. Click the Exchange Advanced tab.
選擇Exchange Advanced
5. Click the Mailbox Rights button.
點擊郵箱權限按鈕
6. In the Permission window, click the Add button to add yourself to the list of those whose are allowed to access this mailbox.
在“權限”窗口中，在列表中增加允許存取這個郵箱的帳號
7. In the next Permission window, click to select the Allow check box under Full Mailbox Access, and then click Apply to implement the changes.
在下面“權限”窗口中進行勾選相關權限，然後應用這些修改。
