【问题描述】

客户环境只有一台Windows 2003 Server x64平台下的Exchange 2007 SP1的服务器，某一次停电关机后重启服务器后，无法收发邮件，包括公网邮件及内部邮件都无法收发。OWA登录正常。Telnet 25端口不通，但是Telnet 110端口是通的。事件日志中报以下Event ID 5000和4999的错误;

【问题原因】

根据查询相关资料，问题的原因应该是重启过程中应用了之前安装的某一个系统补丁造成了系统的影响。据分析目前知道的主要包括以下补丁：

KB2756918
KB2844285

【解决办法】
=================
1.卸载KB2756918及KB2844285补丁（PS：我个人的建议是把这两个补丁安装日时安装的补丁都卸载）

2.找到以下两个目下的machine.config文件，

C:\windows\microsoft.net\framework64\v2.0xxx\config
C:\windows\microsoft.net\framework\v2.0xxx\config

a.复制machine.config.default文件备份。
b.修改现有的machine.config名，比如machine.config.old
c.修改machine.config.default文件名为machine.config

3.重启服务器。
