Exchange Server 2003的MasSync.dll ID:1000 与W3SVC ID:1011错误解决办法

【问题描述】

Exchange Server 2003 SP2的服务器。经常出现OWA打不开的情况。经过检查发现ExchangeApplicationPool的应用程序池当时是停用的，能过分析事件日志发现主要是出现以下两个错误日志:

Event Source: Application Error
Event Category: (100)
Event ID: 1000
Date: 2013-9-18
Time: 16:33:55
User: N/A
Computer: server
Description:
Faulting application w3wp.exe, version 6.0.3790.3959, faulting module MasSync.dll, version 6.5.7638.1, fault address 0x00063f63.

通过KB957191的索取补丁的链接来下载补丁，并在服务器上安装补丁，建议安装前先停止IIS admin服务，或是安装补丁后手动重启服务器。
