问题描述：

在Exchange 2007的EMC中的工具箱，尝试打开“队列查看器”后提示“MMC不能打开文件 E:\Microsoft Exchange\bin\Exchange Queue Viewer.msc”,这可能是由于文件不存在，不是一个MMC控制台，或者用后来版本的MMC创建，也可能是由于您没有权限访问此文件的权限。

MMC cannot open the file E:\Microsoft Exchange\bin\Exchange Queue Viewer.msc

This may be because the file does not exist, is not an MMC console, or was
created by a later version of MMC.  This may also be because you do not have sufficient access rights to the file.


解决办法：

找到C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Application Data\Microsoft\MMC目录，看下面有没有Exchange Queue Viewer.xml的文件，把它重命名或是删除，然后重新打开Exchange的EMC，执行队列查看器看能否正常执行。
