We are seeking full time TST (Technical Support Engineer).

Responsibilities:
- Promptly provide phone and e-mail support to our customers
- Help customers to install, configure, use, and upgrade our products
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve computer issues with customers

Requirements:
- Must have good communication and organizational skills
- Speaks perfect english
- Strong knowledge of PC systems
- Experience in networking including WAN, LAN, wireless, and firewall security
- Ability to deal with tough customers
- Flexible hours
